We look after people who need residential, nursing and dementia care. Our friendly nurses and care assistants work with each individual to get to know what makes them comfortable and happy. Our close-knit team is also dedicated to providing the best end of life care for our residents. Some of our staff have been with us for over 20 years so they understand the challenges and the importance of aftercare for families.

Everyone at Mountford is part of our community, including residents, staff, relatives and visitors. You can sense the homely and relaxed atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door and there’s always laughter and music coming from our main room. We keep our recommended home decorated with fresh flowers and personal pictures, so everyone feels part of our colourful and welcoming home.

Mountford has big, bright, open rooms with a communal area overlooking Truro and the surrounding countryside. There are also plenty of cosy spaces where our residents can relax and enjoy the view onto the garden. We have lots of activities to stimulate the mind and body and our regular trips to local towns and events are always a fun day out.
