Whitefarm Lodge is a modern and welcoming purpose-designed care home in Whitton, a quiet neighbourhood close to Twickenham in Middlesex. We provide personalised residential care for older people and specialist nursing care for individuals with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia.

We work closely with residents, their families and others to develop person-centred care plans that take into account not just support needs, but lifetime experiences, interests, likes and dislikes. Each member of our team is dedicated to delivering the highest standards of care and making sure that residents are happy and fulfilled. Lots of our team members have worked at Whitefarm Lodge for many years.

We’re always available to offer support to relatives and friends of residents, and four times a year we hold a special meeting where people can come along to find out more about what life at the home is like and how we care for residents with dementia. Residents also attend these meetings to share their experiences and talk about their daily lives.

Whitefarm Lodge has a wide choice of living areas and great facilities including a garden room, an art room and a sensory room.

Through our Activity Based Care approach, we encourage residents to take part in the daily life of the home in any way they want to. Many residents enjoy helping out in our garden, while others like to lend a hand with laying tables for mealtimes. Some residents take responsibility for getting everyone to complete our regular residents’ survey and others help with interviewing new members of our team.

The home has three storeys and is organised into three suites, each with two lounges, a dining room and a quiet room. We also have a garden room, an activities room, an art and craft room, and a hairdressing salon. Our sensory room is popular with many residents, especially individuals who have Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia.

Outside we have secure, secluded gardens which feature raised flower beds and a patio with a seating area.
