Woodland Hall care home is an attractive, purpose-built care home set in beautiful grounds and surrounded by trees. With a private driveway and an attractive courtyard at its centre, the home benefits from a naturally lovely setting.
This care home in Stanmore is arranged into six suites across two floors. Residents’ rooms are spacious, bright and comfortable, complete with en-suite facilities. We’ve included stylish and modern furniture specifically designed for extra comfort. All our rooms have a 24-hour nurse call system, and phone and television connections. Many of our rooms offer great views of our large secure gardens, and there is full wheelchair access throughout the home and the grounds.
We have six comfortable lounge rooms with dining areas - perfect for socialising and enjoying delicious food made by our chefs. We also have five quiet rooms for those who prefer peace and quiet.
Woodland Hall has plenty to offer and occupy residents, including sensory and activity rooms, a hairdressing salon and even a therapy room that we use for rehabilitation. We’re also proud of our sensory garden which can be enjoyed by all residents, including those with failing vision, thanks to its waterfall and plants with different scents and textures.
We have a large courtyard where we hold our wonderful parties and barbecues, and thanks to our protected woodland, there’s always lots of wildlife to watch. Woodland Hall even has pear, cherry and apple trees and residents often help us pick fruit to use in our mouth-watering pies!
