Not only is The Fisherman's Tavern Hotel one of the most renowned pubs in the East of Scotland, but it also boasts 12 recently refurbished guest rooms. Housed in a series of 17th-century listed cottages, The Fisherman's Tavern is a stone's throw from the waterfront and the perfect calling-in point after a stroll along the beach. Known for the quality of its food and drink, as well as the traditional welcome perfected over nearly 200 years of service, it's a family-friendly bar (children can stay until 9pm) that is a cornerstone of the Broughty Ferry community. On alternate Mondays, there's a quiz with a rolling cash prize; on Thursdays, you can enjoy a local band of fiddle players; and on every day of the week, you can savour good food and drink in great company.
