Care at Home Services

We appreciate that receiving care in your own home can be daunting and feel like you are losing your independence. Our team of trained care professionals, many of whom have years of experience, will do everything they can to ensure the service delivered makes you feel at ease. Our care team receive mandatory induction training, mandatory annual updates and supervision sessions with their Field Care Supervisor in addition to 6 monthly mandatory supervisions and appraisals. Our selection process is also designed to find professionals who will respect the privacy and dignity of our service users.

We understand that the level of care you need is unique to you. Sometimes, a helping hand with the daily demands of your personal routine is all it takes to greatly improve your quality of life. Sit down with our Field Care Supervisor and we'll expertly tailor your Home Care to your needs, ensuring your service meets the outcomes you desire.
Our trained staff can also assist with more personal tasks such as:

• Getting in and out of bed
• Bathing and showering
• Dressing and undressing
• Teeth and hair care
• Medication
• Meal preparation
• Other intimate task

Support Services for Adults

Adopting a person centred, outcomes focussed approach each service is individually tailored to the needs of the service user. We support adults with a learning disability, and / or a physical disability with the ethos of empowering and encouraging those who we support to live their lives as independently as their potential allows. We work closely with the client, their family and other professionals to ensure a partnership approach is adopted to achieve this.

We are able to provide the following support services:

• Individual support service where visits are required
• Specialist supported living service required on a 24/7 basis
• Services provided through the direct payment scheme
• Support with the general activities of daily living such as managing bills etc
• Support to access work experience / education / training

Practical Home Care

We offer help at home for the elderly, those with disabilities, with mental illness, and anyone who struggles to get practical tasks done in the household. Housework may become more difficult to do, or take much longer.

We support by assisting, or doing practical tasks which may include (but is not limited to) the following:

• Vacuuming
• Tidying and dusting
• General cleaning
• Preparing and cooking meals
• Going to the shops with you, or for you
• Support with managing household bills

Many people combine some practical home help with some personal home care as often, it is both that are needed.

We also help with arranging and planning a trip out, visits to friends and family, and support with social activities like attending a local coffee morning, or social clubs. We understand that it is not just home help that is asked for but also friendship and companionship.
